1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Layrd you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the app. These terms form a legal agreement between you and SwingAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. What Layrd Is
Layrd is an AI-powered self-reflection tool. It allows you to speak or type your thoughts freely and receive an AI-generated Clarity Summary containing observations about your emotional tone, patterns, blind spots, and root causes based solely on what you have shared in that session.
Layrd is designed to support self-awareness and personal reflection. It is a productivity and journaling tool.
3. What Layrd Is Not
This is important. Please read carefully.
Layrd is not a medical device. Layrd is not regulated as a medical device in the United Kingdom, United States, or any other jurisdiction.
Layrd is not therapy. Layrd does not provide therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical mental health treatment. No therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical professional is involved in generating your Clarity Summary.
Layrd is not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or any serious psychological distress, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately. Layrd is not equipped to respond to crises.
Layrd is not a diagnostic tool. Nothing in your Clarity Summary constitutes a clinical diagnosis of any mental health condition, personality disorder, or medical condition.
The AI is not infallible. Your Clarity Summary is generated by artificial intelligence based on the text you submit. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation. You should use your own judgement when reading your results.
